Meet HONA SKIN
January marked a huge milestone for us: the launch of HONA SKIN! Our very own treatment-led skincare range, created to elevate salon services through luxury manicures (without turning your appointment into a full spa day).
This system is all about bringing that timeless, premium finish to every set with intentional steps, elevated textures, and results your clients can actually feel. We can’t wait to see how you make it your own behind the desk.
Free Luxury Manicure Masterclass
Education is (and always will be) at the heart of HONA so alongside the launch, we introduced a FREE Luxury Manicure Masterclass.
Community Led Photo Shoot
For the first time ever, we had the privilege of bringing our community into a pre-launch shoot and honestly, it was such a special day.
We invited Coral (@ohlushnails), Jordanna (@pooch1creates) and Cory (@thatwelshnailguy) to join us on location to help bring the world of HONA SKIN to life. Real hands, real people, real stories. The exact energy we wanted this launch to hold.
This shoot might genuinely be our favourite to date, and it set the tone for what we want more of in 2026: community-led moments, created with the people who make HONA what it is.
Because this was our way of giving back, not just by featuring you, but by building HONA SKIN in a way that feels like us.
Community Spotlight: Isabelle “Izzy” Longmore
January also gave us the chance to spotlight another incredible member of the community: Isabelle @orphic_nails_and_education — a bold set specialist, nail art lover, and all-round cheerleader for helping nail techs level up.
Izzy found HONA by chance, but the values pulled her in fast with safer services, strong results, and real support when you need it:
“You have any issues? They will help you endlessly until it is resolved.”
And honestly, January is the perfect time to spotlight her — it’s the month so many nail techs decide to upskill and refresh their service menu. Izzy runs masterclasses and 1-2-1s designed to help techs improve quickly, with guidance that actually sticks:
